When should you book a vacation rental?

As soon as you start planning your vacation, it's time to book. We recommend planning at least six months in advance and booking no later than three months before your trip. The most popular properties fill up quickly, especially for summer weeks, so the earlier you reserve, the better your options will be.

What are the fees like?

Lewis Realty provides a hassle free experience. Cleaning is included in the rental cost at no extra charge. There are no security deposits to worry about. Each rental agreement comes with $1,500 worth of damage protection during your stay, giving you peace of mind from the moment you arrive.

Is it easy to check in and out?

Absolutely. Check in time is 4 PM and check out is 10 AM. If you need a little flexibility, a small fee can cover early check in or late check out, subject to availability. We make the process simple so you can focus on enjoying your vacation.

Is it easy to book for the next year?

Yes. Lewis Realty offers a Token Hold for the following year at only $40 plus tax (subject to change). This lets you lock in your favorite property before anyone else. You'll have until the first of February to pay the initial half of the balance quoted, giving you plenty of time to plan ahead.
