Each town on Topsail Island has plans to renourish their beaches due to erosion. If you have booked or plan to book a reservation during any of the project dates, please understand that your access to the beach may be affected.

Lewis Realty Associates will do our best to keep guests up to date with these projects but has no control over the work schedules of the contractors hired by each town. The work has been scheduled to be completed during the island's off season in order to lessen the impact on vacationers.
