Greentop Getaway

If your looking for stunning views of the ocean this is the place. We had 8 people stay and it did not feel like we were on top of each other. Lots of room! Elevator was very helpful with luggage. Place was clean. Just a great vacation spot and would highly recommend. <br/>Only one thing I’d be aware of. If you’re not from a beach town which I’d imagine most are not. There are “private” beach access bridges to get across the dunes. If you walk over the bridge there is a troll 👿 that owns it and monitors it 24/7. He will come out and be less than human to you. Just use the public access point it’s right there. Also if the troll says the beach is private and tries to tell you to leave just talk to the cops like we did. There is no such thing as a private beach at this location. <br/>Anyways we are going to stay again soon. Awesome place!

I’ve been to 2 other large homes over the years (at N Topsail). Greentop Getaway was the best one so far! The views were beautiful from all the front and side windows, and from upper and lower decks as well. The decks were large and comfortable with the deck chairs. It was very nice to have access to the decks from all of the bedrooms. <br/>The place was clean, non cluttered, light. The fridge was large to accommodate big families. <br/>The elevator was a huge essential for me since I use a walker to get around.<br/>When we had issues, the realty company responded very quickly, and were kind and helpful. I couldn’t figure out how to get the elevator to work when I arrived, and they responded quickly. Then the A/C wasn’t working on the lower level, and they sent someone to fix it that same day.<br/>We had 10 family members there, and it didn’t feel crowded.<br/>Would love to stay there again in the future!

The house is beautiful and spacious. Stunning front ocean view, exactly what we were looking for. Perfect choice if you have little ones like we do, a breeze to walk to the beach. We had a great time and can’t wait to come back.
