Good Times and Tan Lines

Location of the property was great...was very quiet and peaceful! <br/>The layout was great for our family of 15. It was very spacious, giving all their own space. <br/>Outside of house needed some TLC. Compared to other surrounding properties, this house could use some attention to the outside. <br/>Some inside areas of the house needs some updating.<br/>A couple of things to mention...<br/>the cleaning that was done prior to us arriving was less than adequate, the bathroom tubs/showers were not thoroughly cleaned, the floors were sandy, black mold on the ceiling in queen room, and a cockroach was found in the bunk room. <br/>The couches are horrible...you almost need assistance to get up or you need to roll out of it if laying down.<br/>The pool and area around the pool was small, Pavers were not level and all outdoor furniture was broken.<br/>Access to the beach was GREAT!

Location was amazing! There were parts of the house that need repair.

We had some maintenance issues, the hot tub was out of service all week and some other minor things. Otherwise, the location is really great, nice beach and water, very nice size accessible pool for the grandkids, and a convenient floor plan for our family of 16. Lewis Realty was quite responsive and supportive when we had issues, very friendly, just good people to work with. We would recommend Lewis Realty. And North Topsail is always a favorite spot for us.
