Flippin Out

Very nice beachfront property. We have been coming to Topsail Beach for over 35 years (my wife longer since she was a kid). And, we actually owned a beachfront property down the street from Flippin Out for 20 years. So we know the area well. The property lived up to it's billing. Great kitchen, modern, and well stocked for cooking etc. Master suite was huge. The property was perfect for our visit as 2 couples. We really enjoyed the screened in porch for coffee time, happy hour and a couple dinners. Although seemed a little intrusive to have a CCTV camera over this space. I get having a front door camera and an outdoor camera to the beachside, but we used a porch as part of our daily habitable space (FWIW). The addition of a second dune certainly enhances the security of the property to potential storms, however could be a challenge for beach access for elderly guests with any mobility issues. The short distance to The Beach Shop, and Godwins was a bonus. We hope to return.

The house is very clean, and the kitchen is beautifully refurbished. Peaceful location, ideal for couples or families.
